Instagram is opening a new feature for companies to post their product photos and the information on regular Instagram page. Customers can easily click the link and purchase through Instagram.
Here is the example of Kate Spade using the new feature to deliver the new shopping experience. I really like the new feature since I always wanted to know what brand my favorite celebrity is wearing and yesterday I just saw some Instagram put their brand purchase link next to the product she is wearing which literally raised my awareness. I believe digital campaign in in the future will be more effective through this new feature.
